Cornbread cake recipe


°1/2 cup of butter

°2/3 cup white sugar

°2 eggs

°1 cup of milk

°1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

°1 cup cornmeal

°1 cup flour

°1/2 teaspoon salt

*Prepare :

1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a frying pan.

2: In a large skillet, melt the butter. Raise the sugar and add. Quickly add the eggs and beat until well blended. Combine the buttermilk and baking soda and stir the mixture into the pan. Sift in cornmeal/flour//salt until well mixed.

3: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 41 minutes.
